InCorruptibleAbsolute power corrupts absolutely. A system of rules about rights shall be called "incorruptible", if it is proven that no individual actor (or group of them) can possibly gain enough rights to overrule all decisions of any other individual. Remarks: This requirement vetoes any central administration. Currently the minimal known requirements are gathered in AskemosProtection (the principle of the inalienable right). Note: maybe we should simply say: a system of rules is incorruptible if it is proven, that no individual can be impersonated by any other.
