European "harmonization" on intellectual property

While there is kind of european consensus concerning "intellectual property" it has indeed not been subject to "harmonization" - do we need it?

Here is yet another fix for a law, yet is has left to be demonstrated that the law was broken at the first place.

I have not yet read more details, but I came to understand that we have a well grounded understanding of intellectual property at the foundation of our legal system.

Their is no need to drop our moral, break our laws and hinder the freedom and intellectual growth of our children. And it's easy to do so accidentally.

Introducing a new, different justice has not done any good 50 years ago. Would it be better today?
